As a freelance designer, I was tasked with creating a visual identity that would reflect both the professional nature of their work and the strong local pride behind their name.

The final logo blends a house silhouette with Kansas-inspired iconography, including the sunflower — a subtle nod to the state's signature flower. The brand identity is warm, trustworthy, and grounded in community, representing a business built to help Kansans thrive through every stage of homeownership.
